You are responsible for your safety and the safety of your party/group AT ALL TIMES. Trail use and being in the Ozark National Forest has inherent ristks and/or dangers. You may encounter a variety of unexpected conditions/situations.

It is your responsibility to be informed of these dangers and take precautions while on the trails and while on Mill Creek Cabin Property. There is wildlife of all kinds and children should be advised of the potential dangers. Do not feed or try to pet any of the wildlife. None of them are pets. Do not throw table scraps out in the yard because this could draw in whildlife/bears/wildcats.

No climbing on the bluffs next to the cabin. There may be loose rocks which can cause a fall as well as the dangers of snakes and other potentially dangerous/poisonous creatures. Mill Creek Cabin is not responsible for accidents that may occur on the property, in any room in the cabin or on the trails.

The outbuildings are off limits. Do not open doors and go in. There is no trespassing in the buildings, barn, or shop or the house next door.

There is no smoking in the cabin, a designated area is provided for that along with ash-butt can.

Mill Creek Cabin located at 1551 Madison 4275, Elkins, AR 72727 collects/receives and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.  In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, login, email address, password, computer and connection information and purchase information.  We may use software tools to measure session information, including page response time, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page.  We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password communications), payment details (including credit card information, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile.
